Service Satisfaction
Nolan Vincent salon is committed to satisfy each of its guests' request. From color to haircut, we make sure you leave our premise content and satisfied with the service you've received. We offer you a 7 days guarantee on your service. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we'll make sure to provide a resolution.
Appointments
Nolan Vincent Salon & Spa greatly appreciates your timely arrival. It assures you receive your full service without any inconvenience to you and our other guests. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change into a robe, enjoy a drink and relax. A non-refundable deposit is required for appointments longer than 30 minutes.
Pre-Booking
To ensure your preferred appointment, we recommend you to schedule your next appointment before leaving the salon. Pre-booking is the best way to maintain your color and style as fresh as the first day. Receive 10% discount when you pre-book.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, we require a 24 hour notice to change or
Cancel your appointment(s). If you do not call within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a fee of up to 50% of your scheduled services.
Gift Certificates
Available for purchase in any dollar amount. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Nolan Vincent Salon & Spa accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card
Gratuities
Are at the client's discretion and are NOT included in the service price. 15% to 20% is considered the industry standard.

We offer hair care product lines such as Inoa Color, Rene Furterer, Eminence Organic Skin Care, L'Oreal Professionnel, Keratherapy Keratin, Hair Botox, Mens Dept. and Davines
For Your Protection
